Terms & Conditions
All Accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to Season.
Deposits are equal to the first nights stay per person. Balance being payable on arrival.
All deposits are not refundable.
All Reservations made 48 hours or less prior to the start of your Holiday must be paid in full at time of booking.
If your reserved accommodation is not taken-up by 22.00 hours on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to re-let unless jointly agreed to the contrary.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
All reservations are subject to a cancellation policy. The person named on the booking will be held responsible in the event of any cancellation.
All cancellations made 1 week before the start of your holiday are liable to half the total booking.
All reservations cancelled 48 hours or less will be liable for the Total cost of the booking, minus Food and Laundry expenses.
It is recommended that you take out Cancellation Insurance for unforseen circumstances.
SMOKING.
Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. Anyone found or detected to have been Smoking will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
CHILDREN.
We welcome children at the Waverley, but we respectfully ask parents to Supervise their Children at all times.
FOOD
In the Interest of Health and Hygiene We request that guests DO NOT have Take-away in their rooms.
Meal times are pre-aranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken.
The Proprietors do not accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.
Vehicles parked on the premises are at the vehicle owners risk, the proprietors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever.
All rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on departure day.
