All Accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to Season.
Deposits are equal to the first nights stay per person. Balance being payable on arrival. All Deposits must be received within 7 working days of booking, or rooms will be put back onto the system for re-sale.
All deposits are not refundable.
All Reservations made 48 hours or less prior to the start of your Holiday must be paid in full at time of booking.
If your reserved accommodation is not taken-up by 22.00 hours on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to re-let unless jointly agreed to the contrary.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
All reservations are subject to a cancellation policy. The person named on the booking will be held responsible in the event of any cancellation. Any outstanding accounts will charged to the Credit/Debit Card which was used at time of reservation.
All reservations cancelled 48hrs or less or in the event of a No Show, will incur the total cost of reservation, minus Food and Laundry expenses.
All No Shows will incur A full charge of reservation.
It is recommended that you take out Cancellation Insurance for unforseen circumstances.
We only accept Families& couples. ( Same sex couples accepted). & mixed groups. We DO NOT accept all Male or Female groups, please be advised that if you make such a booking you will be turned away upon arrival. Please note NO REFUNDS will be given
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. Anyone found or detected to have been Smoking will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
CHILDREN.
We welcome children at the Waverley, but we respectfully ask parents to Supervise their Children at all times.
FOOD
In the Interest of Health & Hygiene We request that guests DO NOT have Take-away in their rooms.
Meal times are pre-aranged and no allowance will be made for meals not taken.
The Proprietors do not accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.
Parking. We are able to offer limited Car Parking, This must be booked at time of reservation.Vehicles. parked on the premises are at the vehicle owners risk, the proprietors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever
Keys If Keys are lost or not handed in on day of departure, £15.00 will be charged
